This course shows the student exactly what comprises the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code N.J.A.C. 5:23, as is mandated by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, New Jersey Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm and Locksmith Advisory Committee.  Applicable to both initial license applicants and professionals seeking renewal, it will additionally show the student precisely how the Code works through adoption of national model codes and various permit requirements.  Finally, the course will show who enforces the code itself, along with occasional state-related responsibilities.
