2. Configure key system components such as IP settings, port forwarding, and PoE connections to restore or optimize CCTV functionality.
3. Identify and test power, video, and signal issues using appropriate equipment, including volt meters, tone tracers, and loopback adapters.
4. Apply ethical decision-making and documentation practices when conducting service calls and resolving customer-reported issues.
