Credit Hours: 1This one-hour course, Perimeter& Interior Sensors teaches about the different types of burglar alarm systems, and which are more effective depending on conditions in the environment and building. It will help establish the general needs and requirements of the client, and the necessary knowledge needed to determine which type of burglar alarm system would be most effective. As a result, the student will be able to determine how best to protect an area utilizing burglar alarm systems.
This course is designed for the security professional who is familiar with the basic equipment and components that go into the construction of a perimeter or interior sensor system, but needs to go further into what information is needed to finalize a design with specific component requirements.
