Elite CEU is excited to announce a new partnership with the False Alarm Reduction Association (FARA). With this partnership we are now offering a series of the most comprehensive interactive training modules focused on the reduction of false alarms available anywhere. We believe that the reduction of false alarms will be accomplished through awareness and education. Reducing false alarms through education will save time and money and will allow resources to be better utilized by all involved with security systems use.
This first one hour course is designed to educate everyone involved –security professionals, public safety personnel and residential and commercial alarm system users. The audience will learn about false alarms from a public safety perspective – specifically police officers/sheriff deputies and fire fighters – and how false alarms negatively affect their ability to do the job. The course will also demonstrate the negative impact of false alarms on the electronic security industry and the end user and several advanced modules designed specifically for these groups are in the works for release by fall 2011.
