Can we be invoiced?

Definitely, we also accept Purchase Orders. Please contact one of our representatives to set up an account.

How do I pay?

You can purchase your credits through secure online shopping or by submitting the online order form by fax or mail to us with payment.

Can I access the courses anywhere?

Yes, as long as you have access to the Internet, you can take online courses anywhere, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long will it take me to finish a course?

Each course is designed to be self-paced. So, you can go as fast or as slow as you want (video courses excluded).

What are the minimum system requirements?

In order to view the courses in the most optimum conditions you will need your computer to have the following: Internet Explorer version 6.0 or newer Mozilla Firefox 2.0 500 Mhz Processor 128 MB of RAM Memory 56K Modem or better Speakers and Sound Card Flash Plug-In 6.0 or better Windows Media 10.0 or better (optional for video courses) At least 800 x 600 screen resolution Cookies must be enabled

What happens if I lose Internet connection or have to log off

When you log back into your account on the ELITE CEU website, you can click on the course you were working on start where you left off (video courses excluded).

What if I forget my login and password information?

If you have forgotten your login information please click the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter the email address you registered with our site and answer your predetermined security question. Your login information will then be emailed to you.

Where are the testing centers located?

For the one hour proctored exam Elite CEU has partnered up with PSI. You can obtain the national list here to find the nearest location

Credits

How do I receive my certificate of completion?

Each course must be viewed in its entirety before obtaining credit. NOTE: Some States require passing a quiz with a 70% or better. Once you obtain a passing score we will process your certificate.

How long does it take before I receive my certificates?

Once your courses are complete we will mail you an original copy and one to your State governing agency (if applicable). With our express option you will receive them by the next business day via email or fax.

Will your courses qualify for my license renewal?

Make sure the courses you purchased are approved in the State needed. Each course description will tell you which State it is approved for. You can also view our Interactive Map to view a list of courses by State by clicking here.

DVD-ROM

Does the DVD-ROM contain the courses on the website?

Version 3.0 of our DVD-ROM contains 44 hours of State approved CE courses.

How do I obtain a copy?

Please contact us and we will mail you a free copy.

How does the DVD-ROM work?

The DVD-ROM is a self-loading and self-contained Flash based program. So, no Internet is needed. Once loaded onto your PC you can upload the program. It will create an icon on your desktop in which you can access the program without the DVD, or copies can be made. Printed instructions are on the insert, as well as in the Tutorial section of the program.

How much does the DVD-ROM cost?

The DVD-ROM is absolutely free. Payment is only necessary when credits are needed.
