Welcome to Elite CEU's website. In order to purchase your Continuing Education courses for New Jersey license renewal and/or general education you will need to complete the following steps:

1) Click the register now button below and complete the registration form.
2) Complete the check out procedures in our secure online shopping cart.
3) Log off and log back onto the site to access your course material.

According to the NJ Commission we must present you with the following statement:
"Anyone misrepresenting themselves as a license or permit holder may subject the license to possible suspension or revocation of his or her license. Such misrepresentation may be considered professional or occupational misconduct under N.J.S.A. 45:1-21 (e)."
In order to ensure proper identification we now request that all students provide a photocopy of your New Jersey license. You can simply make a copy and fax it over to our office at 512-351-3746. We must receive a copy of your license before any course credit is given.

In order to stay in compliance with the State of New Jersey’s rules you are required to complete and sign an Attendance Sheet and a Course Evaluation Form (see attached) for each course you complete. The Course Evaluation form can be completed, scanned/emailed or faxed over to our office at 512-351-3746. The Attendance Sheet will require a secure electronic signature through DocuSign, Inc.’s website, as well as your license number, and date of course completion. An email will be sent to you for each course completed with instructions on setting up and signing your Globally Unique Identifier (GUID). Once completed a copy will be emailed to us and can be printed or saved on your computer for reference.

FYI, there will be security questions that pop up during the courses. These questions are pulled from your registration page (edit account page – when you are logged in). The answers must match exactly or you will be kicked out of the course. Please call if you have any questions.
