This two hour course teaches what questions to ask the prospective client, and teaches the security professional to be able to determine what type of equipment is going to be needed for most CCTV systems.  It will help establish the general needs and requirements of the client, and the necessary knowledge needed to survey the site properly. As a result the student will be able to determine how best to get the video information that is required.

The most common mistake made in a CCTV sale, is that the prospect assumes that the picture that he will see on his monitor will be the same as what the human eye sees.  As we all know, this is not possible, but we do want to provide the prospect the best available picture that is possible and this only possible by gathering the information that is covered in this course.

This course is designed for the security professionals who are familiar with the basic equipment and components that go into the construction of a closed circuit television system, but need to go further into what information is needed to finalize a design with specific component requirements.

In learning what is specifically needed in the system, the individual will be able to present to the prospective client, a more confident and knowledgeable sales presentation, as well as installation resulting in more sales and more satisfied customers. Instead of hearing customers say, "But I thought the system would do this!" the company will enjoy hearing customers saying, "This system is everything you said it would be, thanks."
